John Maggiotto
John Maggiotto’s work has been exhibited nationally and is in major collections on both coasts. He moved his studio to Dobbs Ferry in 1993. Currently his imagery follows the heights our society has reached in technical achievement and then abandoned, making large black and white prints of the Space Shuttle and Supersonic aircraft. His still-lifes are collections of tools for carpenters, masons and mechanics. At the studio you can see portfolios of his work printed on marble and plaster, as well as recent explorations of Hillside Woods and the Hudson River.
